You can return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that the returned product must be sent back in the exact same condition in which you received it. All returned products will be checked. They should be unused and packed in the original packaging.
If a product is damaged when it arrives, we recommend that you contact us directly. Send the photos of the damage to our customer service: we will contact you for a solution as soon as possible.
If you return a product, the costs are at your expense.
It is advisable to send the product by registered mail: you will be responsible for the return journey.
For international orders (outside the European Union), you will be responsible for return costs and additional costs such as VAT and import duties.
