For the shipment of your orders in Italy we use i

- Posta 1 Pro (light parcels)
1-3 working days from the departure of the package
delivered to the post office or by hand
tra cking with delivery outcome
- Corriere Crono (SDA) (heavy packages)
2-5 working days from the departure of the package
delivered by hand
complete tracking of movements

For the shipment of your orders outside of Italy we use the following delivery methods:
- International Postapriority
delivered to the post office or by hand,
tracking up to the Italian d ogana.
The delivery times of the items, starting from the day of departure of the package, are:
Europe : 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), in 85% of consignments;
Mediterranean Basin : 4/5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), in 85% of shipments;
North American countries : 5/6 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), in 85% of consignments;
Countries in the rest of the Americas, Asia and Oceania : 7/8 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), in 85% of consignments;
Other African countries : 8/9 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), in 85% of consignments.
PROCESSING TIMES
All the products you buy are handmade especially for you: there is no mass production or stock in the warehouse.
This takes 24 to 72 hours to produce, after which the order will be shipped immediately.
